   - The period of validity to complete the trip of any claim for refund shall be one year from the date of issue.

Tax:  For Chittagong Tk. 875.00 (UT 200 + BD 25 + YQ 150 + YR 500),
          For Cox's Bazar & Sylhet Route Tk. 825.00 (UT 200 + BD 25 + YQ 150 + YR 450),
          For Barisal route Tk. 725.00 (UT 200 + BD 25 + YQ 150 + YR 350),
          For Jessore route Tk. 625.00 (UT 200 + BD 25 + YQ 50 + YR 350).
          Tax includes government taxes and insurance surcharge.

 
  Baggage Allowance (Y class):
Passengers traveling from/to North America are entitled 2 pieces of baggage each piece not exceeding 32 kgs.
All others passengers to/from Bangladesh are entitled 20 kgs baggage allowance.
Excess baggage charges are calculated based on the sector of travel, 1.5% of the sector fare per kg.
   
  Cancellation Charges (Y class):
Reservation may be changed at no extra cost for all overseas passengers.
